Rude nurse

About: NHS 24

(as the patient),

Called to get information about an infection and side effects of antibiotics I was concerned about.

Nurse called back exact 3hours. She was very rude, made out i am stupid. Made me feel uncomfortable and didn't bother asking about my side effects.

Instead she just fobbed me off and gave me a website to research this infection. She was very useful, don't know why I even bother calling.
