"Remember your words must be polite and respectful" says the blurb on this page. But my father died in Broomfield hospital without ever being treated like a human being and certainly not with politeness or respect. You won't put this on your website, as it "won't help other people" (nice one!) but what ARE you doing about the horrendous state of things in this dreadful place?
