"Calling ambulance and being taken to A&E"

About: Derriford Hospital / Cardiology South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as the patient),

I had chest pain and two lovely girls called Belinda and Julie arrived by ambulance, checked me over and drove me to A&E.

I would like to say how kind, considerate and helpful they were.

Hi Lizzie Pat

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback - I hope you are feeling better.

It is very rewarding to hear how are staff are continuing to provide excellent care to patients when they need it most.

We can share you kind words with Belinda and Julie, but to do this we will need a little more information. May I ask you to contact me on either 01392 261 552 or sara.coburn@swast.nhs.uk at your convenience and I can take some more information from you.

Thank you, again, for sharing your story.

Sara
