"Five Star Service:)"

I have just returned from oral surgery at the ACAD Day Unit and could not be more impressed with my experience there. I was extremely nervous and every member of staff was kind, reassuring, and highly competent. All my questions were answered, the treatment was fantastic and I had one-to-one care in recovery, plus a post-op visit from the surgeon (thank you) who updated me on the operation and made sure I was given painkillers to take home. I may have lost a tooth, but I have gained huge respect for this little corner of the NHS!!!
