"Failed Extraction Resolved at the Walk-in Clinic"

About: Birmingham Dental Hospital

My tooth crumbled during an extraction forcing my dentist to leave the root in. She referred me to the dental hospital to complete the treatment but I was in so much pain that rather than waiting for an appointment I attended the walk-in clinic 3 days later. I had read the website reviews and made sure I arrived early (6.15am), so was prepared to wait a long time to be seen, however apart from the initial wait until 10am for assessment everything from clinic to xray to oral surgery went very smoothly and I was on my way home just after 1pm, having had surgery to complete the extraction. Many thanks to the Dental Surgeon and his team – I am healing well and feel so much better. This was my first and hopefully only visit, But.... what great service and treatment I received – from ALL of the staff and students – I am very impressed with and grateful for their professionalism, support, efficiency, and kindness. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
