I visited the unit today with a slow-healing cut. Wait time was less than 2 hours which is really good for a walk-in clinic at a busy hospital. Reception staff were helpful and kind and when I got to see a nurse who was attentive and professional. Felt well-treated and reassured about my cut and how to care for it. Highly recommend this service.
