"9 th floor for elderly people ,"

About: Gloucestershire Royal Hospital

My mother in law was in the 9 th floor for elderly people , at night she would be left for more than half hour to an hour ringing the bell ,she needed the toilet , an elderly person cant wait that long ..also had a problem with the needle in her arm it was dripping blood we rang the bell ,it took again more than 30 min for them to come and sort it !!!! The lady in the bed next to her actually peed her self in bed because no one answerd her call its a disgrace ..... before going up to level 9 she was on the bottom floor acute care unit and the nurses there where fabulous and helpfull .. i hope my feedback is helpful . it would be nice to have somebody investigate these matters further ...
