"Broken Wrist"

About: The Tunbridge Wells Hospital

Broke my wrist on a Sunday afternoon. A&E was busy but staff still explained everything and were very caring. I was seen within time indicated on screen - 1 1/4 hours. Subsequently phoned by hospital the following Friday to go back for op to fix break. Op was also on Sunday. Once again all staff were very considerate and helpful. Visited Maidstone Fracture Clinic which was also very efficient - in and out within 1/2 hour. NHS at its best!

Thank you for providing us with your positive feedback. It was very good to hear about your positive experience, whilst attending our A&E and Fracture Clinic departments recently. We have forwarded on your kind compliments to the Matrons for both A&E and Fracture Clinic, who will relay these on to the staff involved in your care. We know that the staff will appreciate receiving such lovely feedback and thank you for taking the time to do this. With kind regards. The PALS Team (TK)
