"Amazing Doctor"

I went to calderdale hospital this week with a ear abscess my GP sent me to the ENT department. I was in so much pain, but I was fobbed off. I was told I could come back if the pain got worse. After a sleepless night I went back to the department. I was treated by this amazing doctors who fully explained what the doctor was going to do, placed me on antibiotic and have me painkillers. The doctor spent time explaining what would happen and answered all my questions. I would like to thank this doctor who put my faith back into the NHS, even though the doctor had only just started in the department, they were the most professional doctor I met. Thank you.
