(as the patient),

I went to see a neurologist at St Cross Hospital in Rugby last Wednesday, where I found out that I have Parkinson's disease.

The Consultant I saw was really pleasant, obviously highly skilled and had a really kind and reassuring manner, as did all the staff in the Outpatients Department.

I cannot praise them enough, I felt really cared for.

I’m sorry to hear of your diagnosis but am heartened by your positive experience both with the consultant and the team in the Outpatients Department. We are lucky to have many dedicated staff here who truly care for their patients and it is great to hear you be so complimentary.

The Trust is really grateful for all feedback, whether it is positive or negative, as it means we can better understand what is important to our patients, and your kind comments will be shared with the team at St Cross.
