I was admitted to a&e city hospital with a shattered humerus on Friday 27th june at approx. 11.30am. As far as I can remember my experience of all treatment and staff attention was very good. I particularly remember a male nurse who dealt with me on arrival and then a young lady who did the plaster cast. I also remember the doctor who gave advice as to the best option available and he was very reassuring and kind. I was transferred to Sandwell the same night at 10pm where the positive treatment continued. Having read many scary stories in the press recently about the NHS I have to say that at a time which was very traumatic for me I was dealt with in a professional but kind manner. thank you all
"thanks from me"
