I only have the highest praise for the staff within the Endoscopy Dept. They were reassuring, kind and caring and I was treated with tremendous dignity and respect. At no time did I feel embarrassed. My aftercare was exemplary too, I was told I would get a follow up phone call the next day to find out how I was feeling and I did. My thanks to the staff.
