Our family are so grateful that our beloved Mum spent the last weeks of her life here. Every single member of staff was unfailingly caring and thoughtful; each taking the time to get to know Mum as a person and understand how she wanted to be cared for and accommodating her individual needs. In addition, the staff gave so much support, kindness and advice to our family throughout this difficult time. A truly wonderful example of NHS care.
