"Impossible to get through"

About: Chelsea & Westminster Hospital

I have been calling the maternity ward for a week now, every day, repeatedly and never managed to get through. I tried through the operator, through the switch board, nothing seems to work! I was second in line, then first and even heard nurses speaking a couple of times for a second or two, before being put on hold. Last time this morning, I heard a nurse say "the envelope was £3.99..." before beign put on hold. It felt like they just grabbed the phone and put me on hold without even checking. Absolutely shocked. Never experienced anything like this.... shame on who does this!
