"to early discharge"

my wife recently spent nearly 4 weeks in dudsbury ward when i went to visit her i was told that after an assesment she would be discharged the next day,i tried to explain to the doctor and head nurse that in my opinion she was far from well enough to come home but they still went ahead and discharged her,in the next 2 weeks she got progressively worse and her behavior became very manic and it got to the point where i was worried to leave her on her own, they tried a change in medication but this was no help, she was reassesed on the 7th and re admitted,if i had been listened to in the first place we would have never got to this situation, myself and our family have been through 2 weeks of worry and stress due to this.
