"Royal Bolton ENT department - Ward F4"

I had a tonsillectomy on Wednesday 30th July under the care of ENT. I would just like to express my sincere thanks to every single person who dealt with me during my time at Royal Bolton Hospital. Particularly 'Ward F4' who cared for me on the day. This was the first time I have ever been in hospital and I was humbled by the attention that I received. From the moment I arrived to the moment that I was discharged I was dealt with to the highest standard by people who were passionate about the care they delivered. Nothing was too much trouble and they took time from their very busy schedules to explain what was happening and why. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you all so much, Paul.
