"A very thorough consultation - extremely satisfied"

I visited the Gynae clinic where reception staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. I was seen by the Associate Specialist who was also very courteous, kind and respectful but most of all, thorough in her review of my condition and symptoms, explaining to me what was happening to me and why. Luckily after a thorough physical examination, the root of one of the problems I was having was discovered and appropriate treatment prescribed. I was also prescribed other treatments for my other problems and also offered counselling, to which I agreed. Overall I was very happy with the consultation itself and the outcome. The doctor listened to me and understood me and I feel that my needs were totally met. I also visited the pharmacy department where they were very courteous and helpful.
