On the Worcester royal site they've banned smoking. Take a look in the woods by the hospital and there's always hospital workers in uniform puffing away.

I was passing through on my bike. The popular spot is by the junction outside the hydro pool (old hospital) and the children's ward (new hospital).

As the weeks go by the litter left by smokers is starting to build up. What happened to every contact counts?
