I can assure you that the issue in relation to access for patients to attend healthcare appointments has been raised with the Senior Management Team and we are looking at ways to improve this in partnership.

I am hoping that this will improve within the next few months and am hopeful that you will benefit from this improvement.

I am pleased to say that their is a new regime commencing at HMP Nottingham which I am hopeful will allow for better collection and access to healthcare appointments for patients.
