(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Judy is very pleasant and I appreciated her realism in standing back form and assessing situations and addressing them from a more detached and calmer point of view. I also fully appreciated her standpoint that I matter as a person in my own right, not just as a wife and mother and extension of my family. I shall miss her!
