"Outstanding diagnosis & care of our 9 yr old after..."

When our 9 year old was taken seriously ill with a stroke very unexpectedly, I can honestly say that the care, treatment and diagnosis we received at Queens were absolutely outstanding. We are deeply grateful to all the staff who treated him, from all the efficient and concerned staff in A&E, to the lovely, caring nurses in Tropical Lagoon, for whom nothing was too much trouble, to the highly professional doctors with all their knowledge, expertise and care, to the ambulance staff who took us to Great Ormond Street so carefully and quickly. All the staff involved in his care made a tremendous effort to explain what was happening to him and to us at a time of enormous stress. The ongoing care we are now receiving is once again helpful and reassuring. We are proud to pay our taxes to get such great support from all the teams there - thank you all.
