Thank you for leaving your feedback on NHS Choices. I am sorry to hear that you felt our staff were not helpful when you visited our Emergency Department last year. We operate one of the busiest A&E’s in London; however there is never an excuse for a poor attitude. The feedback from our patients since your last visit has noted an improvement in the attitude of our staff but we recognise we still have more to do to reduce our waiting times. I would be happy to investigate this further should you wish. To look into this for you, I need some details. Please contact me via our PALS team on 01708 435 454 or email PALS@bhrhospitals.nhs.uk so I am able to investigate this for you. Yours sincerely Flo Panel-Coates Chief Nurse
