"Safe feeling"

I had a minor operation at Renacres, and throughout the entire experience, felt very well cared for. I was asked to verify my personal details at every stage (nurse, anaesthetist, etc.) and was always very confident that the staff had the right information. They checked multiple times that I consented and that I was going to have the correct operation, which made me feel very safe. The nurses were kind, lighthearted, and helpful. I was very happy with the outcome of the operation.
