"ED staff professional and supportive"

My 13yr old son was recently knocked down by a car on his way to school . Following a telephone call I rushed to Ed and got there before the ambulance . The staff in ED where absolutely outstanding and calmed me down so I was able to greet my very scared son without causing him more anxiety seeing me upset. They looked after him and me excellently and he is home fit and well and thinks the hospital is fantastic . A big thank you from us, to all the staff in the department you do a great job in difficult circumstances
