I attended Tickhill Medical Practice in November last year for a surgery appointment which had to be cancelled due to a lack of equipment. An appointment was rescheduled for a hearing test in December as I was contacted by the doctor for my referral to the hearing clinic. I attended my appointment at the clinic for a test which was followed by another appointment to fit the hearing aid and to give me instructions. Other than the early problem with the cancellation, this service was first class particularly bearing in mind this was over the Christmas and New Year period. Well Done!!
