"Amazing CF Team!"

As an adult with cystic fibrosis, I have been involved with hospitals constantly since I was born 40 years ago. I have had treatment at a lot of different CF specialist centres during that time. Last year I relocated my care to this hospital and I can honestly say the standards of care are second to none.The staff genuinely care about their patients and go above and beyond the basic standards required. There is always someone you can all at weekends and I have had specialist nurses call me at weekends to see how I am, and a consultant call me at home late on a Friday evening when I had a concern. Phone calls are answered in person 95% of the time, follow up calls are returned promptly. The staff can not always arrange appointments or admissions immediately (unless urgent) but they will always try their best to see you or admit you as soon as they possibly can. Ward staff are all kind and pleasant, respectful of dignity and individuality and do their best to make your life easier. All in all - 10 out of 10! Thank you!
