I needed to visit the minor injuries unit because of a suspected broken wrist. It was never going to be the best Saturday morning but my experience was as good as it possibly could have been. The hospital is modern, bright and clean, and all the staff excellent - knowledgable, friendly and highly professional, making a very painful procedure on my wrist slightly more tolerable. Many thanks to everyone I saw there.
