visited on Tuesday 29th July, was seen by a nurse who said she didn't know if I had a break or not but thought it unlikely. she couldn't xray it as person had rung in sick, I insisted on an x ray and returned later in the day for one. saw a different nurse who was fantastic - she put hole in nail to releive pressure (previous nurse did not mention that) Xray confirned break. she had to put a large finger stall on due to swelling and told me to go back to get smaller one if it started to move - which it has. Rang last night and was told to call in today, which I did only to be told that the nurses from yesterday were on duty today and I'd have to book in! there were several people so wait would have been ages, I didn't have time to wait & explained what I'd been told but was told it wasn't possilble to just collect one! wasted trio and again shoddy csre. I am left with a break and a stall that is far to big so not giving any protection
