(as the patient),

I am very pleased to say how pleased I am with the support I got from my community matron. She couldn't be more caring and if it wasn't for that I would have been in hospital a few times. I can't say enough how grateful I am and thank you very much.

Thank you for telling us about your experience of the Community Matron Service.

It is extremely pleasing to hear that as a result of the service you have avoided being admitted to hospital. Reducing hospital admissions for patients is one of the service objectives so it is important to hear from patients that this is happening for them.
