About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

It was satisfactory. I was treated with respect but felt that questions I asked weren’t given a long term answer unless I purchased a foot support. It was a room in Wellington rather than a hospital. Wasn’t what I was expecting but was treated well.

Thank you for sharing you experience with the TRAQS team.You do not mention where you received treatment and due to the anonymous nature of Patient Opinion I am unable to find out this information.

We offer a number of Community Clinics within the Telford and Wrekin area which are not based in hospitals. These appointments are often quicker than waiting for a hospital appointment and there is no parking charge for the patient.
