From the very beginning the staff involved in providing my diagnosis and prognosis were professional and prompt.

They dealt with my case with care and sympathy.

The speed that was achieved from diagnosis to operation was remarkable. At every stage my needs were addressed and handled with sympathy. Special note and thanks to Claire.
