About: New Cross Hospital / Neurology Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

My condition started about 18 months ago with a chest infection. I went to the new cross hospital after a chest xray. I went there about 3 times. I had a scan then I had an MRI scan. Some of my medication has been changed now I am waiting for an appointment to have some more medication changed.
