"Back to action class has given me confidence"

I had been struggling with back pain for quite a long time before I went to see my GP. I had an x-ray which revealed a fracture. I then went on to have a bone density scan which determined I had osteoporosis. It took a long while to get me sorted out with medication but the pain continued and my mood deteriorated. I put on a lot of weight and became more and more depressed.

Back to action class has helped me understand my condition and given me the confidence to go forward with more determination and not to be afraid to do everything I want to do.
