"She made me understand why I felt the way I did"

About: Inclusion Matters Liverpool

(as the patient),

I felt Ann really listened to me about my problems and worries. She made me understand what was happening to me and why I felt the way I did. Before I met Ann I don’t think I was going back to work at all. Just now I feel confident about going back.
