I began attending Ashley House Rehab in Widnes in May 14 and still attend, I had been smoking cannabis for 35 years and wanted to stop. I went voluntarily and was treated both with kindness and respect. I have been able to talk about what the options were for my medical condition in which the cannabis was my self-medication.

Since going to Ashley house I have not smoked cannabis but I now use prescription drugs for the pain as I suffer from severe Spondylitis. Ashley House has given me the motivation to continue down the right path in life, whilst also providing the acupuncture, counselling, a friendly ear and the opportunity to read and write.
