"Have had no response despite referral"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

My only problem re: NHS is that I have been referred to pain clinic by a GP & 2 consultants & have had no response.

My referrals date to last Sept/Oct 2013. Consultant includes pain management who referred me in October 2013.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback to the TRAQS team.

I am sorry to hear that you have not yet received an appointment with the Pain Clinic.

As all comments on Patient Opinion are anonymous I am unable to investigate why you have experienced a delay in receiving an appointment.

If you would like me to look into the reasons for the delay please contact me on 01952 580441 - the office is open from 08.30 - 18.00 Monday to Friday. I will need to aks you for some confidential details to confirm that your referral has been made via TRAQS by your GP.
