"Shocking treatment in a&e. Avoid 'Maria'"

I won't give details of what was wrong with me, but when I visited Sandwell a&e after coming from city a&e for a second opinion, a triage nurse treated me and my mother like dirt. Expect to be spoken to like an idiot at this a&e department. This particular woman in question told me point blank I was a liar and that my GP was a liar. When in fact I was misinformed on how to deal with my issue due to the staff here being more concerned about the consequences and fine due to myself having to return to an a&e centre within 24 hours. Staff here are appalling and treat patients like dirt. Avoid.
