What I liked
The receptionist in the Clinical mesurments dept did not even acknowledge myself or other patients arriving.No Hello just asked NAME,WHERES YOUR LETTER
What could be improved
CUSTOMER CARE /PEOPLE SKILLS TRAINING
Anything else?
ALOT OF STAFF ARE SO UNHAPPY AT THIS HOSPITAL NEVER SMILE .
They need to acknowlege you.
