"Telephone access"

About: Stoke Mandeville Hospital

The telephone number given is Stoke Mandeville and it asks for which ward, member of staff and something else. No facility for asking about anything else let alone a patient. After a blank wait it turns out the number is for three hospitals not just SM so I am put through to SM, or rather the phone just goes dead. Not helpful and certainly not to the patient
