"Very helpful and caring staff. except one doctor"

About: Northwick Park Hospital

I went in to hospital via ambulance on Tuesday at 4.15am the staff were very caring. The spoke to me and made sure I was comfortable. The gentleman who took my blood was very nice and made sure I wouldn't faint. I was placed on a bed and had to wait for my results. I spoke with a lady who works there and she was extremely helpful and understanding. I have to complain about one doctor who when I arrived and received my information about what had happened. Looked at it and said "sure" very loudly as if to say she is lying. I looked at him and was shocked someone could be so unprofessionally behaved when working with hurt and injured people physically and mentally.
