"Management attitude to staff"

About: Stoke Mandeville Hospital

I visited a clinic Oncology/warfarin with a friend and was appalled by a management person and her treatment of the nurses and reception staff. She addressed them in a loud, bullying, abrasive rude manner. If I was one of her staff - I would have left the clinic to manage her self. She lacks people management skills. I am from overseas and expected better from an NHS facility.
