"Very thankful for counselling"

About: Inclusion Matters Sefton

(as a service user),

I am very thankful for the service and counselling I received from inclusion matters!

It helped me greatly with my depression and anxiety, motivation and general positivity.

Although I have come a long way from my first meeting and cognitive behaviour therapy it only helped me deal with surface issues as to how I was at the moment but now with how or why I got this way (underlying issues, earlier history) but I understand it is only Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and only for 6 sessions (6 weeks)

Very much appreciated!

Response from Elizabeth Forrest, CBT Therapist, Inclusion Matters

Dear 'Lamb219',

Many thanks for leaving your feedback for us on Inclusion Matters.

It's great to hear that you were happy with the service you received and you felt it helped with depression, anxiety, motivation and general positivity.

At the same time I am conscious that you suggest there is further work to be done. If you would like further treatment it may be worth asking your GP for a re-referral in 4-6 months time.

In the meantime please continue to practice the skills you've learnt during treatment.

Best wishes,

Lizzie
