"I have been able to get back to being 'me' again"

About: Inclusion Matters Liverpool

(as a service user),

I was apprehensive about therapy although I had only heard positive comments. I have to say I am feeling back to my normal self after only 3 meetings and I’ve been discharged now.

Thanks to Ann, a special lady, I have been able to get back to being ‘me’ again. She gave me confidence, revived my self-esteem, and has enabled me to have self belief again. I will never forget the experience and will use the model I was given as a tool for future life experiences (mindfulness).

Thank you

Dear Jog572,

I am very pleased that you feel back to being yourself again. Sometimes it only takes a few sessions to find a way forward. It sounds like "Mindfulness" has been a very helpful model for you and something that you will continue to use.

I hope you don't mind me taking this opportunity to let you and others know that Inclusion Matters Liverpool will soon be running Compassionate Mindfulness Groups in the South Liverpool area as we believe this is an approach that can be beneficial to many people.

Best wishes

Tracey
