A relaxed and pleasant experience from the word go. The staff on reception were polite and the waiting area air conditioned and clean. All the staff were very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Everything was explained to me simply and clearly by nurses, anaesthetists and doctors. A special thanks to Danny Mackay for his manner and chat.
