About: Six Degrees IAPT

(as a service user),

The steps course was given over in a competent and professional way. The facilitator kept the course going in a fresh manner but at the same time very caring and understanding.

It has helped me enormously and I feel privileged that I have attended this course. Over the 6 weeks it took I saw a positive change in the way I lead my life including the relationships that I have. I believe this positivity can only grow and continue. Thank you for allowing me to partake in this course.
