4 years ago I hurt my back while pulling up my grandsons pants after visiting the toilet, the pain was unbearable and I nearly collapsed. I managed to get home and got an emergency appointment at my doctors, from there I was sent for an MRI and other tests.

I found that the acupuncture helped me and I was pain free for about a month (left with niggles not full blown pain) as I had got to the stage where I even considered taking my own life if I had to live in that much pain as it had affected my sciatic nerve and changed my toilet habits.
