"Excellent, caring, and professional service"

My mother was rushed to the Alex this morning, with chest pains. We would like to say how professional and caring everyone was, she had loads of tests, and luckily she is now fine. We can only say a massive thank you to a&e and the mau unit, who looked after her. The nhs, and particularly this hospital has been slated for poor service, staffing/cleanliness ect, but, whenever, we have been there everyone have been fantastic! Well done and thank you again.
