"Parking."

I visited Good Hope hospital to pick up a day patient who had attended Richard Salt unit,after spending 20 minutes driving around the hospital site where all public car parks where full and gridlocked,and only available places where staff could park,I had to park illegally to pick up your patient.I feel if I had an appointment of some description I would have lost my slot due to being late.First impressions count for a lot,I am afraid my experience was not good at all .
