"going to clinic now for years"

been going to clinic now for number of years every three months they always sent me an appointment now nothing.???The last time i went 6 months ago the waiting room was packed and the room was that hot I nearly passed out people were queueing outside the door.and I was an hour late getting to see a consultant.I cant see why my consultation only takes 5 mins and I only need to see a nurse .my visit there could be done over the phone.
