"issues with pharmacy again"

today yet again I was shocked on the time to wait for a prescription for one drug. 1 hour 50 minutes. This happened only last week too. There were patients very distressed and staff having to spend a lot of time trying to reassure patients and passify. I arrived at 1230 and there were 60 patients ahead of me. This is madness as the local boots would take 10 minutes. This is so unfair on patients and staff. It is a shame because it is a great hospital with staff that really care.
